Hadish Meseret is a community-built initiative, and we’re currently seeking individuals who can help us advance our first housing project and strengthen our growing organization.

Whether you bring professional experience, lived experience, or just a willingness to contribute, your skills can help us turn vision into action. 

Current Volunteer Areas: 

1. Project Development & Administration
Bring your expertise in planning, research, coordination, or administration to help move our housing project forward. Tasks may include organizing materials, preparing proposals, or supporting meetings with partners and funders.

2. Fundraising & Partnerships
Help us build the resources and relationships we need to grow. Assist with funding applications, donor outreach, community campaigns, or sponsorship development.

3. Event Planning & Community Engagement
Support the organization of community meetings, information sessions, and fundraising events. Help us share updates, gather feedback, and build trust within the Eritrean and Black communities.

4. Communications & Storytelling
Use your writing, design, or social media skills to help us tell our story — creating materials that highlight our vision, share progress, and attract new supporters.

5. Construction & Design Advisory (as the project advances)
Lend your technical or trades expertise to guide planning, design, or feasibility work for our housing project. This could include advising on layouts, sustainability, or cultural design elements.
